Welcome to MyMarketr.io. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform, services, and applications (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you’re using MyMarketr.io on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have the authority to bind it to these Terms.
1. Who Can Use MyMarketr.io
1.1 Business customers only. MyMarketr.io is available only to customers acting wholly or mainly in the course of a trade, business, craft, or profession. By using our Services, you confirm that you are not contracting as a consumer and that consumer statutory rights do not apply to this arrangement.
1.2 You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you’re accessing the platform on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
2. Account Registration
To access most features of MyMarketr.io, you need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information,
- Keep your login credentials secure,
- Not share your account with others,
- Take full responsibility for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or show signs of misuse.
3. Subscriptions, Payments & Pricing
Subscription Plans
MyMarketr.io offers a range of subscription plans. The features, credit allowances, and pricing applicable to your plan will be clearly set out at the point of sign-up and confirmed in your account. Plan details may evolve over time as we develop the platform — we will always communicate material changes to you in advance.
Payment & Auto-Renewal
Payments are processed via Stripe or an equivalent payment provider. By subscribing, you authorise recurring billing at the rate applicable to your plan, unless you cancel before your next billing cycle. Subscription plans auto-renew monthly unless otherwise stated.
Overdue Payments
If your payment fails, access to the platform may be suspended until payment is made. MyMarketr.io is not liable for any loss arising from payment failure.
Late payment interest and charges. Where any payment becomes overdue, MyMarketr.io may charge statutory interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 at 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, together with fixed debt recovery compensation as provided by that Act. These rights apply in addition to any other remedy available to us.
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
By providing payment details and subscribing to our Services, you authorise MyMarketr.io to collect all payments due under your subscription by recurring charge to the payment method provided.
All payments taken by MyMarketr.io in accordance with these Terms are authorised transactions. If you have a concern about a payment, please contact us in writing at support@mymarketr.io before raising any dispute with your bank or card provider, and allow us 5 business days to investigate. Raising a chargeback on a legitimately taken payment without following this process first may constitute a breach of these Terms, and we reserve the right to recover any reversed amount together with all associated costs and fees.
Pricing Changes
We may change our pricing with reasonable advance notice. Details of any pricing change will be communicated to you before it takes effect. Continued use of the platform after a pricing change takes effect constitutes your agreement to the new pricing. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
4. Credits & Usage
Monthly Credits
Subscription plans include a monthly credit allowance as set out in your plan details. Credits are provided to ensure fair access and prevent system abuse.
- Credits do not roll over unless explicitly stated in your plan.
- Credits are non-transferable and hold no cash value.
Additional Credits
Top-up credits may be available for purchase at rates set out on our pricing page. We reserve the right to revise credit pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
Usage Monitoring
We monitor platform usage to ensure fair access for all customers and to prevent abuse. Excessive or abusive usage may result in account review, suspension, or termination.
5. User Content & Intellectual Property
Your Rights
You own all content you create using MyMarketr.io. We will not publish your content or use it in our marketing without your explicit permission.
Our Licence
By using our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your content solely to:
- Deliver the Services to you,
- Improve platform functionality,
- Train personalised, project-specific models (not shared or global models),
- Comply with legal obligations.
6. AI-Generated Content
6.1 MyMarketr.io uses artificial intelligence tools in the delivery of platform services, including in the generation of marketing content, keyword strategies, and content suggestions. AI-assisted content is reviewed as part of our quality assurance process.
6.2 Your responsibility to review. All AI-generated content produced by the platform is yours to use and edit. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published. The platform provides editing tools for this purpose. Minor variations, imperfections, or wording that doesn’t perfectly reflect your business are a normal feature of AI-generated content and are yours to correct using the platform’s editing tools — they are not errors for MyMarketr.io to fix.
6.3 Escalating serious or repetitive concerns. Where you identify a serious content concern, or a pattern of issues recurring across multiple pieces of generated content, please report this to our support team at support@mymarketr.io. We will investigate and respond within 14 business days.
6.4 Platform content strategy. Content strategy — including keyword selection and content themes — is generated based on the competitor and business information you provide at sign-up and update during your subscription. You are responsible for keeping those inputs accurate. MyMarketr.io is not responsible for content that flows from competitor choices or business information you have provided or approved.
7. AI Training and Data Use
MyMarketr.io uses AI to power many of its features. Data you enter may be used to:
- Improve platform intelligence — in anonymised and aggregated form only, and never including data obtained from Google APIs
- Train project-specific models that are never shared between customers.
You may request to opt out of AI training by contacting support. However, doing so may limit some personalised features.
Data obtained from Google APIs is excluded from any training or aggregation that would benefit other users, in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use).
8. Automated Content Publishing
8.1 Opted out by default. Automated content publishing — where the platform publishes content to your connected channels without individual approval of each post — is disabled by default for all accounts. Content will not be published automatically unless you actively choose to enable this feature.
8.2 Opting in. You may enable automated publishing at any time through your account settings. Before doing so, you will be shown the specific terms that apply to this feature and asked to confirm your acceptance. Those terms form part of these Terms of Use once accepted.
8.3 Regulated industries. Automated publishing may not be suitable for businesses in regulated sectors including but not limited to financial services, healthcare, legal services, and childcare. It is your responsibility to identify whether you operate in a regulated environment before enabling this feature. MyMarketr.io accepts no liability for content published automatically where a regulated operating environment has not been disclosed to us.
8.4 Your responsibility for published content. Where you have enabled automated publishing, you remain responsible for all content published to your connected channels. We encourage you to review scheduled content regularly.
9. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Use our platform for illegal or deceptive purposes,
- Upload or generate content that is obscene, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise harmful,
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or repackage our platform or its outputs,
- Resell AI-generated outputs commercially without meaningful modification,
- Act in a disrespectful or abusive way towards our team, other users, or the platform.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
10. Beta Features & MyMarketr Labs
You may gain access to experimental features through MyMarketr Labs. These tools are early-stage and:
- May contain bugs or behave unexpectedly,
- May change or be withdrawn without notice,
- Are offered ‘as is’ with no guarantees.
Use Labs features at your own discretion.
11. Termination of Access
You Can Cancel Anytime
To cancel, contact support or manage your subscription through your account dashboard. Your access remains active until the end of your current billing cycle. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any amounts already paid, except as provided in our Refund Policy below.
We Can Suspend or Terminate
We may suspend or terminate your access:
- If you violate these Terms,
- For misuse, abuse, or interference with the platform,
- If required by law or regulatory obligation.
Post-Termination
After termination:
- Your access ends immediately,
- We do not guarantee data retrieval or export,
- Any outstanding balances remain due.
12. Refund Policy
We want our customers to be happy. If you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of your charge and we will review your request. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
We will not typically issue a refund where:
- You have used more than 25% of your monthly credits for that period,
- You have breached these Terms,
- The request is made significantly after the billing date.
13. Complaints
13.1 If you wish to raise a complaint, please contact us in writing at support@mymarketr.io, clearly describing the issue and, where possible, including screenshots or other supporting information.
13.2 We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and respond substantively within 14 business days.
13.3 Where your complaint relates to the platform or its outputs, please follow this process before taking any unilateral action such as cancelling your payment authority or initiating a chargeback. Taking those steps without first engaging our complaints process may affect your position if matters escalate.
14. Disclaimers
MyMarketr.io is provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available.’ We make no guarantees about:
- Marketing performance or customer acquisition results,
- The accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content for your specific purposes,
- Platform uptime or error-free operation.
MyMarketr.io is a growing platform. In the early stages of some features or programmes, delivery may involve more direct involvement from our team than will be the case as the platform matures. We will always be transparent about this.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
- Our total liability to you is limited to the amounts you have paid to us in the 6 months immediately preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is lower.
Where you take any action that causes MyMarketr.io to incur costs in recovering amounts owed — including court fees, debt recovery compensation, and costs associated with challenging wrongful payment reversals — you will be liable for those costs in addition to the sums due.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Some jurisdictions may not permit all of the above limitations. Where that applies, our liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows.
16. Modifications to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Where changes are significant, we will notify you by email or in-app notification before they take effect.
Continued use of MyMarketr.io after updated Terms take effect constitutes your agreement to those Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the platform.
17. Notices
17.1 Formal notices under these Terms — including notices relating to breach, suspension, or payment demands — must be given in writing. Notices may be sent by email to support@mymarketr.io or by first class post to our registered address.
17.2 An email notice is treated as received on the day of sending, provided no delivery failure notification is received. A notice sent by first class post is treated as received on the second working day after posting.
17.3 Informal communications — including direct messages, social media, and verbal conversations — do not constitute formal notices under these Terms.
18. General
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
Third-party services. MyMarketr.io may integrate with third-party services including Google, Meta, and YouTube. Their own terms apply when you use those integrations. We are not responsible for third-party systems, content, or data.
Waiver. If we do not immediately enforce a right under these Terms, that does not mean we have given it up. Our willingness to engage helpfully with complaints or concerns is not an acceptance of liability.
Variation. No variation to these Terms is effective unless confirmed in writing by MyMarketr.io. Informal conversations and messages do not change these Terms.
Records. We retain operational records including acceptance logs, email communications, payment records, and access logs. These records may be used for operational and evidential purposes.
Severability. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder continues in full effect.
19. Marketing & Publicity
With your explicit consent, we may feature your success story, testimonial, or logo in our website or marketing materials. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us.
20. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, power outages, or internet infrastructure failures.
